RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All our products are handcrafted, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed, except in the case of damaged or defective products received due to our error.
We encourage you to read all product details carefully and check sizes, colors, and descriptions before placing your order.
An irregular weave, or stitch should not be taken as a defect, as handcrafted products will not show consistent uniformity like a machine-made product. Minor variation in dimensions, colour tones, yarn texture, stitching pattern, finishing, and overall appearance are inherent characteristics of handmade products and shall not be considered defects.
Despite these variables, at TRINKET BY TRA, we stand behind the quality of our products and we allow return/exchange of your purchase in certain circumstances.
We have a 24-hour Exchange/Return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.
We only accept Returns/Exchange in case of a damaged product. To be eligible for a return/exchange, you must provide an unboxing video, i.e., a continuous video (No cut, No edit) of you opening the package, where in the entire packet and all products are clearly visible.
Claims relating to damage, missing items, tampering, incorrect products, or manufacturing defects must be supported by a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. In the absence of such evidence, TRINKET BY TRA reserves the right to reject the claim.
Without the unboxing video, we will not entertain any claims.
No cancellations are permitted once the order is confirmed. You can DM us anytime if any information about the product is unclear.
Customised, personalised, commissioned, made-to-order, or specially manufactured products are non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once production has commenced.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to reasons like change of mind, lack of utility etc.

You have to self-ship the product back to us for Return/Exchange, return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless otherwise stated by us.
We are not liable for any Returns/Exchanges that we were not notified about first.
NON REPLACEABLE SITUATIONS
We will not accept claims under the following conditions:
If the item has been used, altered or mishandled after delivery
If the product was damaged due to improper use, washing or storage
Minor differences in size, colour or design of the products
Colour differences caused by lighting, photography, screen settings, or device displays
Customer preference changes, dissatisfaction with design choices, or subjective expectations
If the claim is submitted after 24 hours of delivery

FRAUDULENT CLAIMS
TRINKET BY TRA reserves the right to investigate all return, replacement, refund, exchange, and damage claims. Any claim found to be false, misleading, fraudulent, manipulated, abusive, or unsupported by adequate evidence may be rejected.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
