At Trinket by Tra, every order is carefully handmade and packed with love to ensure it reaches you safely and beautifully. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • We generally require 2–3 business days to prepare and dispatch orders, depending on the product type, customization requirements, and order volume.

  • During peak seasons, exhibitions, sales, festive periods, or for bulk orders, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via Email or WhatsApp.

SHIPPING PARTNERS & DELIVERY

  • We ship across India through trusted third-party courier partners.

  • The courier partner for each shipment is selected based on factors such as delivery location, serviceability, accessibility, logistics support, and operational efficiency.

  • While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, shipping timelines may vary depending on the courier company and destination.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME 

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

STANDARD SHIPPING 

  • Metro city: 5-7 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 8-10 business days

EXPRESS SHIPPING

  • Metro city: 2-4 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-6 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, festivals, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight/size.

  • Any free shipping offers, promotional shipping discounts, or minimum-order free shipping (if applicable) will be clearly displayed on the website.

Additional shipping charges may apply for:

  • Express shipping requests

  • Bulk orders

  • Oversized packages

  • Re-shipping requests due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect addresses

All applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment confirmation.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you. Customers are requested to track their shipment using the tracking details and link provided and remain available to receive the parcel.

If you face any difficulty tracking your order, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts before returning a parcel.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incorrect contact number

  • Customer unavailable at the time of delivery

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the parcel may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout, including:

  • Full name

  • Complete shipping address

  • Landmark (if applicable)

  • Valid contact number

  • Correct pin code

We shall not be held responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Natural calamities

  • Weather conditions

  • Political disturbances

  • Public holidays

  • Remote area accessibility

  • High seasonal order volumes

Once a package has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are subject to the courier company’s operations.

Delivery timelines displayed on the Website are estimates only and shall not be construed as guaranteed delivery commitments. Delays shall not entitle customers to refunds, compensation, chargebacks, or cancellation rights.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

DAMAGED, LOST, TAMPERED, OR MISSING PACKAGES

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the third-party courier partner, the shipment is considered to be in transit under the courier company’s responsibility.

While we ensure that every order is securely packed before dispatch, we shall not be held liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Transit damages

  • Tampered packages

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Missing items caused during transit

  • Delivery issues arising after the parcel has been shipped

In case of any delivery-related concerns after dispatch, customers are requested to directly coordinate with the respective courier partner using the tracking details provided.

If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, we strongly recommend:

  • Avoiding acceptance of the parcel whenever possible

  • Recording a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video

  • Taking clear photos of the package immediately upon receipt

We may assist from our end wherever possible; however, final resolution timelines and outcomes depend entirely on the courier company’s policies and investigation process.

CUSTOM & BULK ORDERS

Customised and bulk orders may have:

  • Different dispatch timelines

  • Separate shipping arrangements

  • Special packaging requirements

All such details will be communicated and confirmed prior to order processing.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS AFTER ORDER PLACEMENT 

Customers are requested to carefully review and confirm their shipping details before placing an order.

Once an order has been successfully placed, no changes or modifications can be made to the delivery address, contact details, or other shipping information.

We shall not be responsible for delivery issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.

Customers shall remain solely responsible for any loss, delay, failed delivery, re-shipment cost, or additional charges arising from incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated shipping information submitted during checkout.
